About our Bakery
Our Pastry Chef and Bakers make everything from scratch using the only the finest ingredients. Our bread flour is made from Organic Wheat grown in Ringoes, NJ. Our pastured eggs are from Double Brook in Hopewell, NJ. And our single source milk is from Hun Val Farm in Ringoes, NJ. All of these quality ingredients coupled with great recipes and expert preparation make for fantastic baked products available daily at Brick Farm Market.
All of our breads are made with flours made from local organic wheat and rye from Zeng Family Farm in Ringoes, NJ and stone ground by Castle Valley Mills in Bucks County, PA. Our artisan bread selection includes baguettes, ciabatta, sourdough, multigrain, rye and Friday through Sunday our special Flax Seed Currant. Holiday and Challah seasonally, please inquire.
Our breakfast pastries include croissants, chocolate croissants, fruit Danish, chocolate and cinnamon brioche, scones, muffins and seasonal specialties. All of our breakfast pastries are also available in tray sizes for your next breakfast meeting or brunch. Please call ahead 48 hours in advance for pastry trays. And don’t miss our Doughnut Shop Sundays with both traditional and Gluten-free doughnuts available.
