The Brick Farm Market philosophy is simple: offer the best quality, most sustainable food possible at a reasonable price.
Our idea is to start with Double Brook Farm. If we can’t raise or grow it here, then we look at like-minded vendors and sources that reflect our philosophy within an hour’s drive of our electric vehicles. Beyond that, we consider the issues of best practices, sustainability and fair trade to make our decisions.
You will notice that not everything is from the Farm, from a local provider or even from New Jersey. Our ingredient lists often include spices, sugar and other items that just can’t grow in these parts, but we’ve taken the time to research where they come from and how they were produced. From soup to nuts (literally!) we’ve done the work for you in selecting the best of what’s out there.
