The raw ingredients for our own food creations are all around the Market but we also wanted to showcase some of the ways in which they can be prepared. The Executive Chef, Chase Gersetnbacher, features the produce and fresh meats from Double Brook Farm and from our farm partners in soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees. The ever-changing specials highlight the best flavors of the season and our straightforward menu will show off what other stores try to hide with copious seasoning and overzealous sauces: real flavor. The offerings will reflect what’s in season – tomatoes in August, Butternut Squash in November and Asparagus in April. Our staff will be happy to help with suggestions for dinner, instructions on reheating, or planning that last-minute cocktail party.
